Hello Bethesda Team!

On Monday, March 24, 2025, Bethesda Hospital just held a Hospital Tour with Prudential Agency, which aims to introduce Bethesda Hospital's superior services and share information about health services for Prudential Agencies in Jogja and their customers.

As previously informed, as of March 17, 2025, Prudential has become part of "Pru Priority Hospital" so that we can serve Prudential customers as one of the insurance companies with the largest individual customers in Indonesia.

In addition, we also announced the establishment of the Bethesda PLA (Insurance Service Center)! This PLA team aims to improve services for insurance and corporate customers, providing convenience and speed in service. The PLA team is chaired by Rendy Dozer (Insurance Business and Relations Unit) and is aimed at increasing visits to insurance and corporate segment patients and making Bethesda an "INSURANCE-FRIENDLY HOSPITAL".
